The Callaway Jaws Raw Black Plasma 50°, 54° & 58° Wedge Set is a premium three-wedge scoring combination designed to provide exceptional spin, precise distance control and outstanding versatility throughout the short game. This set consists of 50°/10° S Grind, 54°/10° S Grind and 58°/10° S Grind wedges, creating consistent 4° loft gaps and the same versatile mid-bounce sole configuration across all three clubs.
Each wedge combines Callaway's aggressive Jaws Raw face technology with offset Groove-in-Groove micro-grooves, tour-inspired shaping and the distinctive Black Plasma finish. The hitting area itself is intentionally left un-plated, allowing the raw face to naturally oxidise over time while providing the high-friction performance and reduced glare preferred by many accomplished wedge players.

Jaws Raw 50°/10° S Grind Wedge

Its 50° loft can provide a natural transition from the pitching wedge while the 10° S Grind sole offers a versatile level of bounce for a broad range of turf conditions.
It is an excellent scoring club for golfers who want greater control and spin than they may receive from a cavity-back set wedge.
Jaws Raw 54°/10° S Grind Wedge
Sitting directly in the middle of the set, the 54-10S provides an extremely versatile option for approach shots, pitching and bunker play.
The combination of 54° loft and 10° bounce provides enough loft for a wide variety of short-game situations while remaining suitable for controlled fuller swings.
Its S Grind sole maintains the same familiar turf interaction as the 50° and 58° wedges.
Jaws Raw 58°/10° S Grind Wedge
The 58-10S provides the highest-lofted option in the set and is designed for shots requiring additional height, spin and stopping power.
It is particularly effective for greenside pitches, bunker shots and approaches where the golf ball needs to stop quickly after landing.
The versatile S Grind allows the wedge to be played square while retaining enough versatility for golfers who occasionally manipulate the face around the green.
Raw Face Technology
Unlike the Black Plasma finish covering the remainder of the head, the hitting area is intentionally left un-plated.
This raw construction removes plating from between the golf ball and the precisely engineered face surface while creating a distinctive appearance that evolves with use.
A raw wedge face will naturally develop oxidation and rust over time. This is an intentional characteristic of the design rather than a manufacturing defect and gives each wedge an increasingly individual appearance as it is played.
Aggressive Jaws Grooves
Callaway engineered the Jaws Raw face around extremely aggressive groove geometry designed to generate exceptional spin.
The primary grooves utilise a 37° wall angle, creating sharp edges that interact aggressively with the cover of the golf ball.
This provides the bite required to produce strong spin and stopping power, particularly on scoring shots where precise control is essential.
Offset Groove-in-Groove Technology
Between the primary grooves are additional Groove-in-Groove micro-grooves, positioned at an angle across the hitting surface.
These micro-grooves create additional points of contact with the golf ball, increasing face interaction on shots where the club is not delivered completely square.
The technology is particularly valuable on partial swings and greenside shots, where generating sufficient friction can be more challenging than on a full wedge shot.
S Grind Versatility
All three wedges feature Callaway's versatile S Grind with 10° of bounce.
