Returns and refunds
We have a 30 day returns policy on all clubs, see below:
Returns

Providing the club has been unused and is in the same condition as when purchased, a full price credit note can be issued.

Money back refunds will be considered on a case to case basis.
Unwanted Items or Change of Mind

The buyer must contact us first and pay for return postage costs (including insurance).

Email us at sales@compendiumgolf.co.uk to arrange a return.
Faulty or Item not as Described

Please contact us via email with the reasons for the return and photos ideally.

In most cases we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.

Any faulty clubs must be returned in full, so our team can inspect them fully before issuing refunds.
