Asymmetric Inertia Generator
The distinctive sole of the SIM Max features TaylorMade's Asymmetric Inertia Generator, designed to improve aerodynamics during the most important part of the downswing.
Its angled geometry works with the path of the clubhead as it approaches impact, helping reduce aerodynamic drag and allowing golfers to generate greater clubhead speed.
Crucially, the design also positions substantial mass towards the extreme rear of the clubhead. This increases MOI and stability, helping the SIM Max maintain performance when impact occurs away from the centre of the face.

The SIM Max incorporates TaylorMade's Speed Injected Twist Face Technology, combining impressive ball speed with corrective face geometry.
